Return & Refund Policy (LongaVita.shop)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.

1) Eligibility window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. For UK & EU customers, this complies with the 14-day right of withdrawal. The request must be submitted before opening or unsealing any product.

2) Condition of items

• Unopened, unused and in original, intact packaging, including seals, labels, inserts and accessories.
• Suitable for resale.
• Food supplements or any products sealed for health/hygiene protection are not returnable once unsealed.

3) Non-returnable items

• Opened or partially used products.
• Items with broken seal or non-original packaging.
• “Final sale” items.
• Gift cards, downloadable products, free gifts or marketing materials.

4) How to request a return (RMA)

Email us at artwoodbyserge@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) and reason for return. We will reply with instructions and an RMA number. Please send the product(s) back within 14 days after RMA approval using a trackable shipping method.

6) Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

7) Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

8) Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item following the instructions above.
